Ingredients
- 200g softened butter
- 1 quantity of ultimate BBQ spice blend (see 'goes well with')
Method
- STEP 1
Combine the softened butter and ultimate BBQ spice blend. Spoon into the middle of a large sheet of baking parchment and roll into a log, twisting the ends of the parchment to seal, then chill until firm enough to slice. Will keep chilled for up for up to two weeks or frozen for up to two months. Melt slices over barbecued corn, jacket potatoes or steak.
