Ingredients
- 150g coconut oil or butter
- 80g soft pitted dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Method
- STEP 1
In a small food processor, blend the coconut oil or butter, dates (we used medjool), maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Chill until needed, will keep for up to a week.
