Ingredients

  • 1 tsp elderflower cordial
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml lychee juice
  • a few dashes of lemon bitters
  • chilled champagne

Method

  • STEP 1

    Pour the elderflower cordial into a champagne flute.

  • STEP 2

    Add the gin, lychee juice and a few dashes of lemon bitters, if you have them.

  • STEP 3

    Top with chilled champagne.
