Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or vegan alternative
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (vegan if needed) or brown sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all the ingredients in an airtight jar or container, then mix well until combined – stir together using a spoon first, then put the lid on and shake until everything is fully incorporated. Will keep chilled for up to a month.

Recipe tips

You can use 1tsp of sugar instead of mirin and 2tbsp of dashi instead of Sake if you prefer no alcohol.
Keeps for up to a month in the fridge.
