Ingredients

  • 16 cream crackers
  • 8 slices of brie (about 80g) (vegetarian brand, if required)
  • 4 tbsp pickle

Method

  • STEP 1

    Preheat the grill to high and line a baking sheet with parchment. Put 8 cream crackers on the baking sheet with a slice of Brie on each cracker. Grill until the cheese starts to melt.

  • STEP 2

    Put some pickle on top and sandwich with the other cracker until the cheese oozes out the sides.
