Ingredients

  • 200ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 100ml gin
  • ½ small bunch thyme
  • 50ml Campari
  • 25ml red vermouth
  • 750ml rosé wine
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
  • ice

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add lots of ice, stir gently and serve immediately.
