- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- ½ tsp ground white pepper
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- ¼ tsp allspice
- 4 dried bay leaves
- pinch of ground cloves

Combine the sweet smoked paprika, celery salt, English mustard powder, ground white pepper, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, allspice, dried bay leaves and a pinch of ground cloves in a small bowl.
